Career Advisor
Noro, an accomplished recruiter with a strong background in the finance industry, began his recruitment efforts 10 years ago. Before joining NCA, he spent over a decade at an international recruitment firm specializing in financial placements in the BeLux and MENA Region.
Known for his dedication to understanding both clients and candidates, Noro takes pride in making precise matches.
Raised in Belgium and educated in Spain and Belgium, he earned a Minor in Finance and a Master’s in Management from the University of Seville.
He is fluent in French, English, Arabic and Spanish.
In his leisure time, Noro enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and engaging in active sports.
